"Infected" Connectivity Concert

Artist Statement: This lyrical jazz dance was created to show emotion using technical vibrant and creative movement. The meaning of this dance is the feeling of being thrown out for another, and how you don’t know what to feel or do anymore with yourself or them. This piece has several stages and shows the feeling of heartbreak and how everyone goes through it in different ways.

I almost forgot to breathe, this is incredible. Art at its best !!!!

That all came together great. The song, (especially given the pandemic), the costume, (white with gashes of red-like blood), the choreo and of course the dancer. To me it spoke on 2 levels/narratives at the same time.
1. Of course, from the words and the contractions-looked like a break up plus the emoting.
2. Pandemic. Even the costume could have been a hospital gown, the blood underneath, the pain, (emotional and physical), and the breaking of something important. A romantic, relationship, family break up, self break up, (due to quarantine), etc.

No es una estrella en el camino o Ruta 66...En tal oscuridad y lejanía 0:02 luna no es; tampoco se parece en nada a "ocaso canadiense" a orillas de un lago...en fin...no es un "leproso" solitario que con gritos anuncia estar infectado..¿Quieren grabar en auditorio luminoso y que a la artista se pueda ver de cerca?. Cordialmente.
